One edit. Each month. One intentional moment to return to yourself.

Each month, we release a single affirmation and somatic practice; an invitation to slow down and realign. Come back each month for a new reflection. The hue may shift, but the healing remains.

June| Progress over Perfection

Affirmation:

"I move forward before I feel ready."

Perfection is a moving target. The more you chase it, the further away it seems.

This month, give yourself permission to begin before you're certain. To take the walk, make the call, send the email, start the project, write the first sentence.

Not because the timing is perfect. Not because you feel completely prepared.

Because your life is built through movement, not mastery.

Let June remind you that progress often arrives disguised as imperfect action.

Somatic Practice:

The First Step Breath

When you notice yourself overthinking, pause.

Plant both feet firmly on the floor.

Take one slow inhale through your nose for 4 counts.

Exhale for 6 counts.

As you exhale, gently lean your body forward an inch, as if preparing to take a step.

Repeat three times.

Let your body practice what your mind is learning:

You do not need certainty to begin.

You only need the next step.
